Xenia Tartari and Fernando Capuzzi are two multidisciplinary artists who create the company Dj Capuzzi & Señorita X. Fernando, sociocultural entertainer and circus artist; Xenia, dancer and actress dedicated to musical comedy.
For more than 10 years, the company has been part of the circus and street theater field, performing with its acts and shows in all kinds of festivals and events around the world.
Sociocultural entertainer, who discovered the circus in 1998, while watching a street show. This is how he decided to start his training in circus techniques in several schools in Argentina (Centro Cultural Rojas, Escuela de circo La Arena, Escuela de Circo Criollo) until he entered the Circus School of Carampa, Spain. It is in the Retiro Park, where he presents his first street show in 2001. Back in Buenos Aires, he specializes in aerial techniques, working as a flying trapeze catcher at the Cirque XXI in Buenos Aires (2003) and at the Silver Circus in Australia (2004).
Combining his career as an entertainer and his circus experience, Fernando has created and performed in street shows, circus and animation acts, in all kind of events and festivals around the world.
She began her artistic career at the age of 14 tap dancing. The following year she discovered her passion for dance and musical comedy, which led her to enter the Escuela Nacional de Danzas in Buenos Aires and, later, the Universidad Nacional del arte, to pursue a career in musical comedy, while taking singing and drama lessons. In 2004 she took part in a circus play, which awakened her love for this kind of art, and entered the Escuela de circo criollo in Argentina. Two years later, she traveled to New York to study tap and jazz dance.
Throughout her life, Xenia has developed her professional career as a multidisciplinary artist in different fields of the performing arts as a director, choreographer or performer,
in all kind of events and festivals around the world.
